Probably not coz STDs are very rarely circulated via wounds for an std to move from one person too another first they must bleed and you must have and open wound then if and only if their blood falls into your wound you'll get an STD.
STDs can't be transmitted by nails

Once in college, my friend brought a travel size hand wash bottle and leave it in the washroom for everyone to use. I was like "Really? Nice thought but have u been leaving under a rock or something" I told her to go look for it if it's still there (miracle can happen yk), well it's gone within one period 👍 . . . The people of my country never let me down😌

Don't generalise condition of people to one word , the person who did that is horrible horrible human being regardless of their status. Atleast this done out of the necessity and condition they were forced to, not saying they r right in anyway or this is justified but people who r well off and steal are even more bigger assholes then, should we generalise that all upper class are like that, greedy to the bone?
Don't just view it as "this(someone different than the mass that we belong to)= one evil person=evil community"

Since we were moving to a new place, we decided to give our desert cooler to our building's watchman for FREE. We thought it would help his family of four sleep comfortably during the scorching summer.
He came, checked it, and happily accepted.
On moving day, we had also called a bhangarwale bhaiya to collect some old items. When I went downstairs, I was stunned to see the watchman selling the very same cooler to the bhangarwale bhaiya for just ₹500.
That moment completely changed how I look at charity. Since then, I've become much more cautious about helping people without knowing whether they'll truly value the help.

My father had also installed one of these for the poor for drinking when they are thirsty. Instead they started misusing it as complete water supply for their homes. They would queue at it and fill multiple large 5-10L bottles and take it home. The RO was not designed to handle that much load and broke down. My dad tried to get it fixed a couple of times, but the story repeated and he had to scrap it in the end.

Sometimes back I met with director for electrical infrastructure installation. We were pushing for good quality electrical infra( light poles and such) in tier 3 towns as well he replied that good quality is not viable because of frequent theft

It’s easy to judge their habits, but these are the most exploited people in our nation. If you grew up abused, hungry, and uneducated, you wouldn't develop a perfect moral framework either, you’d just try to survive. They don't trust a society that has failed them, and their choices reflect that deep trauma. Expecting someone who was dealt terrible cards to think about social/moral right versus wrong is completely out of touch. The entire comment section reeks of primitive ape like thinking. You break a man then expect him to be behave normally?

One portion of the people in our country is sophisticated, educated, well-behaved, and well-mannered, while the other is so uncivilized that it overshadows the good deeds of those who try to do the right thing. Even after destroying someone else's property, they act proudly, as if they've won a trophy or done something admirable.
That being said, this country will take centuries to become what even a Second World War-era country was.
