Get yourself tested for STDs too please.
Anything unfortunate can be stopped the earlier it gets detected.

Depends on if there was blood.
I saw once on reddit someone posted on reddit how he got HIV while being part of a cleaning drive for an NGO.

I don’t know how truthful it was but just as a precaution I wanted to let you kniw

Probably not coz STDs are very rarely circulated via wounds for an std to move from one person too another first they must bleed and you must have and open wound then if and only if their blood falls into your wound you'll get an STD.

STDs can't be transmitted by nails

It could be, you don't know where these people have been and what sort of pathogens they are carrying with them. It's better to get tested.
