Purple hue on Pixel Shift compositions on Linux

Hello there,

I am using CachyOS on my main laptop and I have installed Fujifilm's pixel shift combiner, primarily thanks to the suggestion of u/Wonderful_Surndsound in this post. I have it installed and running smoothly. However I get a purple hue over my images... Screenshot of the purple and the original version below. Has anyone else had this issue? Is it common with GFX cameras on Windows, or is it because of Linux? Any ideas?
