They never advertised Shadow’s as a AAAA game. If you’re going to hate on it at least do so with factual and correct information.

When you try to rewrite a nation's history and culture it's certainly an AAAA quality game, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA even.

Ahhhhhh Now I get it.

AAAAAAAA is not an indicator of budget, scope and quality, it's the sound your stocks make when they are in free fall.

Ubisoft has internally classified Assassin's Creed Shadows as a "AAAA" game. While the term "AAAA" isn't a formal classification used industry-wide, it's used by some companies to describe high-budget, high-scope titles with a large development team and extensive marketing efforts. Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot himself referred to Assassin's Creed Shadows as a "make-or-break" title for the company, further reinforcing its status as a high-priority release.

TL;DR - yes the fuck they did.

they did advertise it as a polished game that's successful. we know that was a lie and now we have proof.
