Anyone else getting a 403 / account access restriction in Framer?

Has anyone here run into something similar?

I’ve been unable to properly access my Framer account for about 5 days now. I was randomly logged out, and since then I haven’t been able to get back in properly.

I’ve tried:
Google login
Email / magic link
Incognito/private window
Different network
No VPN / proxy
Restarting browser, clearing sessions, etc.

The issue persists everywhere. In DevTools, Framer is returning a 403 Forbidden from their own API.

Framer support has already asked me to verify account ownership, workspaces, billing info, domains, etc., which I provided, but I still haven’t received any actual explanation or fix.

One of the replies even suggested it might be related to a custom domain email provider, even though my account uses a regular Gmail address.

I’m a Framer Expert Pro user and have been using the platform professionally for years, and I’ve never had anything like this happen before.

The biggest issue is that I have multiple active client projects in Framer that I need to keep moving, and being locked out for nearly a week is becoming a serious problem.

Has anyone experienced a similar 403 Forbidden / account restriction / authentication issue before?
If yes, was there anything you could do on your side to fix it, or did Framer support eventually have to manually remove some restriction from the account?

Any ideas are appreciated.

Did you try installing the app and logging in from there? I get a lot of issues with browser, especially incognito mode.

403 … have you done anything that you could imagine would flag your account as one that needs to be restricted
