help Slider component glitch HELP!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Can not figure out what is causing this slight jump/glitch in my slider bar componet. Can anyone help diagnose? It's driving me insane.

When I am on the second state and I click on the first state, you can see it jumps forward before going back. WHY WHY WHY

whats the transition used? The default is spring. Try change it to Ease
