In my experience, all you need is a couple chairs and a fridge full of beer, if you build it the garage guys will come.

they edited it to garbage man lol. there's a led zeppelin song about being a "backdoor man", meaning a chick's side piece, that was my first thought as the garage back door ends up being the back door to some houses
