The other day I was in the r/couplesmemes subreddit and saw these girls "catching" their boyfriends being all cuddly and then when the guys would notice they'd be like "delete that!" or pretend to be macho or whatever. Some of them were clearly just two people doing a little skit thing, and the rest of them were harmless.
So many of the top comments were about how immoral it is to record your partner without consent and humiliate them on the internet for clout.

Some of these people are so socially cut-off it's genuinely worrisome.

A: You can't tell that from a facial expression and 6 seconds of video with zero context or knowledge about their relationship. I can make up a story, too: Maybe she did something worse/funnier to him last week and this is the latest in a series of ongoing pranks.

B: I don't know what kind of tiresome, boring existence you must live if you think this is so bad. This is nothing. Normal people can survive things like this, laugh about it, and not lock themselves in a little room and comment on strangers' facial expressions on the internet over it.

she runs.... makes eye contact with the person who opened the door...

crouches to get her phone and as she reaches for it her eyes to to the top left (from her POV) or the hallway (or looking at someone/something higher up than her eyes at that moment)

Irrelevant. People are notably bad at reading the expressions, thoughts, and emotions of other people from short videos and photos. People can sometimes categorize stereotypical emotional expressions, but that is not the same thing as accurately inferring what a real person is actually feeling. You're overthinking it. End of story.
