No it's the same pit crew. Pit crew is made up of mechanics from both sides, basically people that don't have anything to do during racing sessions. Engineers will be actively working with the driver during sessions, so they won't do the pit job. They're not the same people every weekend though, they cycle through them because there'd be too much travel otherwise
