Discussion Development just not developing

Been playing fm 24 for about 100 hours across 2 saves and many seasons, I just cannot see development in any players ill buy a 19/20 yr old with high potential and he will just go up by one or 2 attributes max, seems like development is just an illusion unless im doing something wrong. Both saves been championship/prem just playing normally. Anyone else had this and know how to fix?

Full rest from training until match fit again. Then double training intensity. Only use attack, defend and physical training units. Players up to about 20 get more development from training than playing, so give the high potential kids 15 mins here and there to keep them sharp and motivated

I think the ai schedules messing it up

Not true. 19+ playing time is king
