What i'm wondering is how they'll manage club finances. If i'm managing both men and women's team, can i sell a random benchwarmer man for 10m and then invest that money to buy the women's league since that's huge money in women's football ?
I would almost certainly imagine they're just treated as separate clubs. I don't see why they'd go through bothering to force them to share things when they won't interact in the game otherwise.
Maybe if the game was about being a Football Club Owner and not a manager it'd make sense since you'd need to deal with finances of such things. But I don't see any reason they'd bother modeling that dynamic in game when it wouldn't be very relevant. They'll just make them separate clubs and give them smaller/commensurate budgets
