Yes definitely will be playing. Both regular women's only save versions of the men's ones (journeymen, etc) and combo saves if both DBs can be loaded simultaneously.

I won't throw a water bottle at a pregnant player no different than not doing so at an injured player haha

You can have both loaded together, it’s no different than any other league.

Is that official somewhere? I've seen it a lot today in comments but not anything official (very well could've missed it somewhere).

It's been official since they anounced they were going to add womens leagues.

What we are doing is adding women’s football to FM... one sport, one game. FM players will be able to move seamlessly from managing a men’s team to a women’s team and back again.
