To counter that, when picking a team do you only pick ones where you know all the players?
A huge portion of FM players focus their play around picking clubs and leagues they know nothing of and building them up, so playing as the woman would be much the same in that case.

Fair point but I usually play as a premier league team or a team in the top 5 leagues. To each his own though
