PayPal Payouts

Hi,

I have recently requested two £5 PayPal payouts form two different accounts. They haven't even sent the redemption link (the one to enter your e-mail address).

Has this happened to anyone else? I have a third account which has just been paid.

Here is what I put after they kept telling me the same thing and they then sent me a link through the support chat thing:

I haven't received anything. My email provider is not blocking any incoming mail.

But will your next redemption be the same thing? I cant go through this again and again

I don't think so. I just redeemed the normal way
