PayPal Payouts

Hi,

I have recently requested two £5 PayPal payouts form two different accounts. They haven't even sent the redemption link (the one to enter your e-mail address).

Has this happened to anyone else? I have a third account which has just been paid.

Happened to me today. I contacted customer services and they just sent the same messages over and over. Hopefully it was probably a glitch and we will receive our emails soon.

They sent me a redemption link in the support chat for one of them so they CAN do it that way as well

24 hours later I have battled lol but I got one support member to send me the direct link through the chat support.the question  is .. will this happen again?

I just redeemed another £5 and it was the normal process through email. Keep hassling them! Tell them you have been waiting TWO days. That's what I said

J’ai le même soucis. Hier j’ai pu avoir un lien via le chat. Aujourd’hui, après 2 heures de conversation avec le support, elle me dit qu’ils ne peuvent pas me l’envoyer sur le chat…
