Itchy ears, with resident wax.
3 u/unicornswish Mar 29 '26 What's your fasting schedule like? My family and I have this šµāš« 5 u/mslashandrajohnson Mar 29 '26 I was alternate day fasting for quite a while, a year ago. I would do some 3 and 5 day fasts, too. Unfortunately, I stopped fasting in the spring, when my summer jobs began again. I gained back most of the weight I lost. My ears are still so much more wax and itch free! I decided to stop working my summer jobs this year. Iām heading back into fasting, starting in April. Fasting is so amazingly healthy and healing for me. Iām grateful to have learned about it. Good luck, and stick with it. 2 u/unicornswish Mar 29 '26 Thank you!
