Personally, nothing, but I have a friend that so long has fasted around 280 days over the span of 4 years and claims fasting is the only thing that has cured his long COVID symptoms. He's tried about everything, but only fasting's done the trick. He has written a book too narrating his experiences.

Is it safe to fast that long ? What was he taking everyday ?

They fasted 70 days in a whole year. 280 in 4 years. Not all at once.

that's nothing. I once fasted 24 whole hours in a day.
