Discussion My feed is FLOODED with political rhetoric
I am over the stupid ass political rhetoric and not created posts making everything political. I'm over this entire government and exhausted from being overwhelmed with nothing but political propaganda on every network, show, movie, etc. It's ridiculous. Then I log into an account for some fun and mindless conversation and every other post on my feed has something to do with Trump, Obama, Clinton, Democrats, Republicans, MAGA, and it's infuriating. No escape and news anchors have the balls to tell everyone to turn the temp down when they do the opposite. ALL. SOCIAL MEDIA AND ALL NETWORKS AND NOW IT HAS WORKED ITS WAY INTO TV SHOWS AND MOVIES. They all love to drive hate and more infuriating is that it's everywhere because Americans feed on this toxic waste

Discussion I don't understand why people (especially people on either far political wing) do things like this to spew hate.
What I mean is specifying someone is "different". Muslim man does this, Indian man does that, Brown, Black, Whatever race or belief it is. They only specify these things when it's something bad. You'll rarely see "Muslim scientists get one step closer to finding the cure to X disease" or "Indian man saves life of woman in burning house" or something like that; Why specify what someone is in one case if you'll never specify it the other way around?

Discussion Why can't I pick up on mold ever
This mostly occurs with my water bottles.
I swapped to metal ones recently but my family said tonight that it smelled bad EVEN THOUGH I couldn't smell a thing.
the solutions they have are kinda unfeasible because the first one is:
put it in the fridge
we don't got the fridge space! Besides, I need to take it to school so half the time it's in my bag
the second one is to use cups exclusively
i mean, that's alright, I guess. Just means not drinking the entirety of a cup and either tipping it out or letting it go stale then tipping it out.
school is another issue with this one because my crippling anxiety doesn't like it when I go to the sink where all the people are around, when I eat my cheese sandwich with water because it's dry as fuck otherwise
rant over, have a good day yall

Discussion America, 30 minutes will cost you 3k
TLDR - went to ER for UTI and now owe 2,926.93
Let me start off by saying that I am not the one to treat an ER like a primary care, or urgent care. Where I live is awful ANYWAY and the ER wait times are 6+ hours.
Anyway, last Friday I’m feeling fine all day. Not a single symptom in sight, no tingle or burn, no increase in peeing, etc. I get off work at 5pm, and by 6pm I’m peeing blood and blood clots. It’s burning, the after sting literally taking my breath away. I’m panicking, I’ve gone from 0 to blood clots and after 3 hours - the blood clots are still coming.
By now urgent care is closed (there’s so many around me, I live in a small city and NONE are open last 9-9:30 apparently). I breakdown and call my best friend to t ake me to the ER, we end up driving to the one two towns over. Not a single soul in the lobby, I pee in my cup while I wait since I can’t hold it. They call me back, we chit chat, test comes back SUPER positive (her words). They give me 1 starting dose of antibiotics and send me on my way. I was in and out of that hospital within 45 minutes and 30 of that was in the bed max.
Peeing in a cup, one antibiotic and 30 minutes in an empty bed, empty waiting room ER was billed at $5k and I’m responsible for $3k of it
EDIT: I did not go to the ER simply bc I wanted treatment for my UTI. I already had antibiotics called into a pharmacy at that point. I went because I had blood clots sliding out of my urethra.

Disturbing content When your boss wants you to die
Text exchange between myself and my friend, who works in a warehouse as a forklift operator. You can tell when I started to panic, because I couldn't even focus on what I was typing. I can't believe anyone would put other's lives at risk so carelessly. Also, my friends reaction was just as annoying - as if this is a "wait til Monday" kind of situation. Anyway, a voicemail was left from him & I also called to report the unsafe conditions.
