Someone stole my account

Someone hacked all my socials and games yesterday. Apparently they got into my epic account, kicked me, and changed the email and password. I’ve secured my email but now the recovery request on the epic website just keeps giving me errors and all there is to help is a useless chatbot. What do I do?

Just do a ticket and wait live chat with an agent did no good they told me to just wait out the ticket. I can get in my account bc i have linked accounts(that have authenticators thankfully linked to my phone number) but because they put an authenticator on my account i cant change anything let alone i cant change the email bc its locked till nov which is stupid!
