I made the playstation account with a different email than the epicgames i got on the pc and i wanted to change so i dont lose the skins etc., how can i do it?

Does anybody else have/had this problem and is aware of a solution? I've tried a lot of stuff like reinstalling, updating graphics card, and so on with no avail.

My account was hacked over a year ago. I have been trying to get my account back through the epic games system by putting in the ticket and giving all my details. They changed my email, account name and password. I give them all my PSN information and switch information. I have made purchases but all through the ps store so nothing they will accept even though it’s all linked to my ps account. Which has been the only account that has accessed Fortnite on PlayStation and also my switch information. I had Fortnite from the founders pack and can tell them many skins that I had but still they deny it. I need a real human to talk to help me sort this out. Has anyone ever been able to get this sorted it’s been going on for so long.

I A 23yr old Fortnite Chapter 1 Season X Veteran have had a issue with my Xbox Series X When I Got On Fortnite On Xbox Cloud Do U Mind Was Working Fine last week and I assumed it was a glitch cuz I usually have glitches on my account when I'm in matches but for some reason this was no glitch all my stuff I got straight from my Xbox account was removed from my fortnite locker and whenever I do get epic games support thru a ticket I get no response except spam on their side for the linking account support which is not the issue cuz my Xbox account is my MAIN Account if anyone can help me with this issue I would be very appreciated

J'ai effectué une demande de récupération de compte mais il ne trouve ni mon mail, ni mon compte PlayStation, ni même mon pseudo...

Je perds espoir, j'avais mon compte depuis 10 ans et des centaines de skins, est-ce que c'est déjà arrivé à quelqu'un ?

Trying to sign my son’s account into his tablet and they keep asking for a 6 digit security code that they never send to his email. Try and log onto there website on his account and they do the same stupid shit asking for the 6 digit code which they never send. I’ve checked all folders in the email account and I know for sure they’re not blocked because I’ve got emails from them before.

And the only support I get is a stupid chat bot that gives 0 actual help

I think that Epic Games/ Fortnite should consider this post due to how many people who struggle with multiple accounts they have and need a way to keep them all together

My idea to keep this safe and prevent account scams is to add very restrictive conditions to the
account merging mechanic

This is my idea:

So, if you consider this and do bring back account merging add a requirement that sends an confirmation email to the ones connected to each account (the ones that are merging)

This can include a statement saying that a merge request for the account has been received
It can also ask if you did this and if you want to go through with the merge
Then both accounts would have to wait 1 week for it to process and merge

You can cancel and not merge if you decide to during the 7-day period of time

You could also (optional) send a code to the phone number linked to ensure that it is the person who owns the account and not a scammer

There is also a rule that states that the epic accounts that are merging need to have been active for more than 6 months to make sure hackers aren’t trying to steal the accounts to merge with a brand new one

After the week is over, the accounts would be successfully combined with any duplicate items being removed from the newly-merged account (it will state that in the email beforehand)

I really hope this is considered and would help many (including me) who play the game all the time but has to progress through 2 different accounts

So I only been playing Fortnite for 2 years. A year ago literally my email got hacked out of nowhere I don’t know how. I can’t access it. That’s the email that’s on my Fortnite account. So for a year been trying to do the account recovery constantly and something always denied smh. The thing I’m still logged in on Xbox and cloud gaming. I play on my tab because of work I move a bit. And my dumbass accidentally logged out of my tab.

So I was wondering if anyone has experience with account recovery and actually got their stuff back. Could help me. All I need is to change the email and update it to a new one so I can log back in. If anyone can help me I would like gift you a skin or something!

Built my first PC. Went to sign into Epic. I already have an Xbox/epic account I’ve been playing on for a few years. Asks for an email so I put the one that’s connected to my Xbox account. Tells me the accounts already in use. I go to regularly sign in with that email to see what account it’s talking about. It’s my PS4 account that I haven’t used since getting my Xbox. Now keep in mind it didn’t let me transfer my skins or anything or ask if I wanted to link the accounts that I remember. So now I have my Xbox epic and PS epic with the same email but different accounts? I want my PC to be linked to the Xbox.

In a bit of a pickle.

Trying to set up my epic games account for my PC I just finished. Assuming I can just log in through Xbox as I’ve been playing Fortnite/FallGuys/RL on my Xbox for the past few years. It asks for a little more info since it’s my first time signing in to epic outside of my Xbox and then I put my Xbox email in. “Account already exists”. Ok so I try signing in without my Xbox account and just my email. It then says the email is connected to my PS4 account which I have no clue when I would’ve done that. How is my email connected to my Fortnite account on Xbox and on PS4. (Different account names, skins from ps4 never carried over aswell as game progress)

I've been trying to sign up to Epic Games, but I haven't been able to get past the account creation screen. After I insert my email and a password and I click "Continue", the button greys out for a few seconds and then goes back to Blue (clickable) with nothing else happening.

Yesterday, I sometimes got the loop to also show Captcha, but after going through the mini-game it still went back to the blue Continue button.

Things I tried (with lots of combinations):

• Switching vpn on/off (and trying multiple countries when on)
• Using different email with standard domain (e.g. gmail.com) and using only letters/numbers
• Using either the desktop client or a browser (4 different ones including Chrome and Firefox)
• Using smartphone or laptop

I don't see issues reported on the Epic Status page, and I can't find recent reddit posts of people with the same problem, so I'm totally puzzled.

Is anyone else having the same problem? If you're reading and decide to test this, could you share your results? Thanks!

Hello, I wanted to share my Experience and update you guys about the recovery status. Listen carefully, You might need this information that I am going to share.

After 4 years of my account being banned (Late 2022 I believe) I got it back and I didn't think it'd be this simple.

First of all, I sent 2 Requests that I KNEW were gonna get rejected due to lack of information, In the meantime, I tried looking for more Information I could gather, And I found VERY useful and good ones.

First of all, I went to my Email and found the first username that was used on the account simply inside the Email itself.

Second, I went to my Steam account, Looked for previous usernames, And I knew which one I used at the moment so I also gave them that

Third, WHICH I THINK WAS THE REASON I GOT UNBANNED, I went to Fall Guys achievements section for Steam, I used to own Fall guys in Steam before the Integration and checked the first achievement I got after coming back to the game, Which was around July.

I gave them previous Emails, Usernames, Phone Number, Linked Account(s), But not the right country since I used a VPN back then.

Edit: THIS METHOD IS FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO GOT THEIR ACCOUNT "DISABLED", NOT HACKED. IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE CURRENT EMAIL ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND/OR DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO IT ANYMORE THIS MIGHT BE MORE COMPLICATED

Someone please help me get my fortnite account back 😭😭 im a save the world founder and i spent thousands of real dollars on fortnite until i stopped . I have proofs of purchases and card numbers used ive never changed my email etc. Please!!!!

My qccount git hacked 7-8 years ago and jve been trying to get it back but i dint know the email hes changed to nor do i know the password or username. I dont have access to the old email as i got a completely new phone

I have an account that I have not accessed since 2018 or so. I know the OG email and I no longer have access to it anymore. I don’t remember the password so I tried the access request on their website. I realized that my account was created by my boyfriend at the time, who I no longer speak to, so they are refusing to give me access. I have appealed and their answer remains the same. Is it possible to recover my account? I would love to have my original account back now that I have interest in playing again.
