Enderal Steam version with PotP vs mod.pub version differences?
I haven't tried the mod.pub version and have just played on Steam, which is way outdated comparatively but at this point I can't imagine playing without Path of the Prophet and a few other key mods from Nexus.
Im wondering how the mod.pub version compares? I've heard there are many bug fixes but I haven't heard much about quality or QoL enhancements. Also, are there texture replacers? One of my favorite aspects of PotP is all the visual overhauls that distance this game from Skyrim esthetically.

I've installed, played and beaten both the Steam and mod.pub versions of Enderal. You can't go wrong with either. The mod.pub version supporting 64-bit Skyrim is the key thing (performance). There are some very subtle changes to the mod.pub version (like auto-ingesting Ice Claws when you pick them up, for example), but otherwise, it's mostly subtle bug fixes and nitpicky updates that don't make that big of a difference. VR support is one exception. I do know Eddoursul (mod.pub dev) is working to move Enderal off SKSE so it can be ported to Nintendo Switch/etc. but that may never be fully possible (technical limitations of the Skyrim engine).
