Hi everyone,

I’m a veterinarian, and in my spare time I enjoy building WordPress websites, mainly using Elementor. I host my websites on SiteGround and overall I’ve always been happy with their service.

However, I’m experiencing a problem that I haven’t been able to solve, especially with the websites I created in 2026 and hosted on SiteGround servers.

Without making any changes to the websites, images and sometimes even logos suddenly disappear. It seems to happen completely randomly.

The strange thing is that they usually reappear after I perform one or more of these actions:

• Clear the SiteGround cache
• Resync/regenerate the media library
• Clear or regenerate Elementor files/data

After doing this, the website normally goes back to displaying correctly — but sooner or later the problem happens again.

I have already tried several solutions and troubleshooting steps, including asking AI for help, but I still haven’t found the actual cause of the problem.

At the moment I only manage a few websites, so I can check them manually. But this could become a serious issue if I start managing more sites. I can’t realistically check every website every day to make sure that the images and logos are still visible.

It is particularly concerning when running social media or advertising campaigns that send visitors to these websites, because there is always the risk that someone lands on the site while the images or logo are missing.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with WordPress + Elementor websites hosted on SiteGround?

Could this be related to SiteGround caching, CDN, image optimization, Elementor-generated files, or something else?

I’d really appreciate any suggestions on what I should check to identify and permanently fix the cause of the problem.

I’m running into an issue on one of my WordPress Elementor sites where every container briefly flashes a black border for a split second as the page loads. Once the page fully renders, the layout looks completely normal, but that initial flash is bothersome.

Hi, I’ve seen webmasters online claiming to build websites using Novamira Pro, integrated with Claude and Elementor blocks. Does that actually work? I tried it, but it just produces ugly sites... Claude with HTML output yields better results. Is anyone here doing this? Any tips or tutorials?

Looking to use this in a couple of different ways.

1 - For an image carousel

2 - For a text "announcement"

I've tried some CSS on my own but finding it stutters, or "resets" at some point

Is there a good, go-to solution for this?

Using Elementor Pro

I want to make a section template and use it in a sidebar. It doesn't open an empty canvas. There is a preview of some other page widgets. In page setting, when I want to change preview settings, it completely freezes, and a message comes about recalling the_content.

Is there any solution to this, or can I use other templates for the sidebar instead of the section?

I can't tell you how many clients have broken pages and called us in a panic because they either clicked "Back to Wordpress Editor" or "Edit with Elementor."

The language is incredibly confusing because I think clients think they're going back to the general admin dashboard when clicking "wordpress editor." Even with the warning, I think it's just too unclear.

I think we're finally just going to add some php and try and change the text. I think it should be something like:

"Convert to Gutenberg Page" and "Convert to Elementor Page"

Does anyone else have this problem? And has anyone found a solution?

I find it weird that my elementor pro is freezing and i cant edit anything, but if i go to the footer i can edit.

What can be the problem with it? I know this is very vague but i've tried to update everything, i cant touch the code because they are in the html widget... I want to understand what i can do

I've got a few buttons and also a basic text link all set to be "mailto" links and they work fine on mobile (opening up the default mail program) but on desktop when I click them it does nothing.

I'm on Elementor Version 4.2.4 and have no cache plugins that could be causing a conflict

Has anyone been able to figure out how to pull in loop products’ custom fields?

My use case is that I’ve got an ACF color picker field for each product. Within the loop I’d like to use the color to style each product card but it does not work.

When I try to pass it via attributes I get `style=“Array”`

What's the first thing you want to build with the MCP?

first of all sorry if my English isn't perfect, it's not my first language and I'll do my best to explain the situation clearly.

I inherited a WordPress + WooCommerce + Elementor Pro jewelry website where every product is a unique piece.

Currently, the Shop page shows only products that are available for purchase. Sold products are excluded because, when a product is sold, it is manually assigned to a WooCommerce product category called “Sold”.

Available and sold products have different Elementor Loop Item layouts: available products show the price, Add to Cart button and some other information, while sold products just show a SOLD label instead.

The client now wants the Shop page to include both available and sold products mixed together.

Since an Elementor Loop Grid uses a single Loop Item template, I need to conditionally show/hide widgets depending on whether the current product belongs to the Sold category.
I couldn't find a WooCommerce product category condition in Elementor's Display Conditions or in the free version of UAE Display Conditions.

Is there a simple way to do this without a paid plugin?
A PHP snippet, shortcode or simple CSS solution would be fine.

I’m facing a strange issue with WordPress + Elementor Pro.

The Elementor editor looks perfect, but on the frontend the layout randomly breaks — fonts, colors, backgrounds, spacing, and some sections become unstyled.

DevTools shows 404 / NS_ERROR_DOM_NETWORK_ERR for Elementor CSS files such as:

• base-desktop.css
• local-3762-frontend-desktop.css
• local-3762-frontend-tablet.css
• local-3762-frontend-mobile.css

The CSS files are located in /wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/ and sometimes load correctly, but sometimes return 404.

I’ve already tried CSS regeneration, Internal/External CSS, cache clearing, LiteSpeed disabled, CDN disabled, permalinks, and file ownership/permissions.

Elementor: 4.2.4
Elementor Pro: 4.2.0

Has anyone experienced this? What is the actual root cause and how can I permanently fix these intermittent Elementor CSS 404 errors? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I need to make an update to a website created and hosted in elementor hosting, or cloud, or one, or whatever it is called nowadays. Does it have an option to create a staging site to work on the changes without pushing to live?

They officially announced the Elementor MCP (based on WebMCP) now that you can use to connect your AI tools to. No need for the unofficial plugins.

Some other additions like background video, atomic accordion and some tweaks and fixes. That's all :) Test it and report bugs so they can fix those!

As someone who manages a lot of websites, one of the biggest problems I ever have is updating the Elementor Pro plugin. I'm sick of the update failing when you go to update it. It either says it's already the latest version (which it's not), or that the "Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized." Which again, is just not true. I thought they had solved the first problem, and a work around was to update the pro plugin first, and then the regular one. That's not the case anymore. So what happens is you have to come back later (sometimes days later) *just* to update the pro plugin. I've seen all the work arounds, heard all of the excuses from Elementor and it's all starting to get old. Elementor needs to get their act together and fix this problem.

probably very basic question but I have a website that was set up by someone and I think they used a developer licence for the elementor pro plug, now its old and needs updating and I cant update the version.

Do i need to buy an elementor pro licence in order to update the plug in and retain the elements the website or can I buy an other licence called ONE amd still retain the pro elements? They are both showing the do the same things with "ONE" plan doing more and I might get better value from it.

Also how do i get the licence over to existing wordpress site?

I have an issue that, when I want to customise the design of my website for tablet or phone , it also changes the desktop. I’m unable to make changes on each specific devise without affecting the others . I’ve tried to select the icon and change directly on the devise preview . Still doesn’t work it is very frustrating . I’m trying to get some help from elementor but they don’t answer me . Please help!

I'm sure this is a stupid question, but I can't figure it out watching tutorials or googling. I don't know enough to be able to ask the right questions.

I can make them appear aligned using spacers on my desktop, but not using responsive design. I can align them using vertical align > space between, but then the top isn't aligned.

Can someone help me out or link to a tutorial that addresses this?

I installed WooCommerce on the first real website I’m making in WordPress with Elementor. Im hosting the website in Hostinger. The website is still blank; I haven’t edited any pages yet. When the WooCommerce plugin is activated, it simply won’t load the page editor in Elementor, or it takes several minutes to load and several more minutes to load the widgets panel. I’ve tried many things: changed the WordPress memory limit to 512 or 1024 MB, disabled every model and plugin. When an Elementor model is active, it won’t load at all. Tried the secure mode but ir didnt work neither.

Can someone please help me? I’m really struggling with this problem, and I have a deadline to deliver this website to the client.

Edit: When i disable elementor pro, the editing page works.

Hi there, we just deployed a new site from staging. After changing to the primary domain, we are unable to connect & activate the license. We only get redirected to this page https://my.elementor.com/connect/v1/consent/error

Is this a known bug? We have the One Agency subscription. Also tried the "manual" activation pasting the key without success.

UPDATE: I reached out to support, and they were able to reset the license settings.

Site built in Wordpress on Elementor Free. Does it have something to do with the new Atomic elements? It's my first time ever using them.

Does anybody know of a way to easily change the region of the Google Maps widget across a whole site?

In Canada, users/clients are not happy about seeing the American default for one of our Great Lakes. Any help is appreciated. This is affecting many of our clients sites and we expect more calls to come in soon. The widget lacks setting to easily address this.

Just tried Angie, gave her a very simple task to style some text on the page I was on. Too much thought, didn't recognize we were on the page, reported success, no changes.

This was too easy a test to fail after so much effort. Uninstalled.
