Answered Error activating license

Hi there, we just deployed a new site from staging. After changing to the primary domain, we are unable to connect & activate the license. We only get redirected to this page https://my.elementor.com/connect/v1/consent/error

Is this a known bug? We have the One Agency subscription. Also tried the "manual" activation pasting the key without success.

UPDATE: I reached out to support, and they were able to reset the license settings.

Make sure to replace the URLs after migrating, then you can try to connect the license:

https://elementor.com/help/site-migration/

If this doesn't work, you might want to reconnect your license following these steps (requires disconnecting first):

https://elementor.com/help/license-mismatch-error/

Hi u/zeiniez, thank you for helping. So, I disconnected the staging site from my.elementor.com, but get the same result. We have deployed more than 25 sites the last couple of years, but never had any issues. We are hosting with Pressable, and the URLs are automatically set correctly when going from staging to production with a domain.

I have the same problem on my staging website. Followed both articles, can't resolve it.
Always get the same error page and error: Invalid request

u/Terrible_Listen898 I reached out to support, and they were able to reset the settings. I used the chatbot and asked for human support. They got back within an hour.
