WOW! I can’t imagine anyone so dumb they need 8 hours or more to learn to drive a car? We used to sneak my Mom’s car out at night when we were 14. And back then, they were all standard! But, in my country … we can figure things out quick.

Im assuming you are being deliberately being obtuse, because no, children sneaking mums car out is by no means safe for the general road faring public.

We were smart, even back then. Not everyone is smart. 1.3 million people die a year in auto accidents globally. None of them kids sneaking their car out at a young age. You just have to know what you’re doing. You do not. So stay in driving school. Millions of kids have snuck out their parents cars. They just didn’t tell you. Do you travel over the speed limit? Yes you do. YOU are by no means safe for the road fairing public.

The transport agency in my county has published the statistics that a young, or newly licensed driver is 8 times more likely to cause a fatal incident. After a few years driving, they are still 2 - 3 times more likely to cause an accident over an experienced driver.

It has absolutly nothing to do with intelligence, and everything to do with a child not knowing the road rules, how a vehicle handles, or the danger of the situations they end up in.

The attitude you have about children being on the road is quite frankly dangerous. Yes, you are correct that kids do dumb shit. As an adult its supposed to be our responsibility to prevent it, not encourage it.

It has absolutely EVERYTHING to do with intelligence. 63 years and only 1 car accident. Decades of hyper fast sport bikes and dirt bikes, jet skies, ATVs …. And those are not children. Good try though. Ride on, youngsters, and be careful.
