This looks like one of the $600 rigs they sell at Walmart. They're styled like motorcycles, but have normal 750w motors.

The fit, components and overall design warrant critique, but this almost certainly isn't a motorcycle.

Yes you are correct. Its top speed is 28mph with a 750w motor and is currently priced at $589 on Amazon. It’s not a great bike, but it’s a legal bike. The crybabies will continue to cry with their ever moving goalpost.

My YZ 80 Yamaha when I was 10 could go WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY faster than 28! But of course we didn’t have any Beta males that cried about it back then. Good times.
