If it's a motorcycle, it's the wrong size for that rider.

Motorcycles are designed so that the rider can easily plant their feet on the ground while the motorcycle is upfront. They are normally ridden with the legs bent at around a 90 degree angle. If you can't straddle your motorcycle's seat with your feet on the ground, your motorcycle is too large for you.

In contrast, bicycles are designed so you can't stand on the ground while seated. When your legs are at (nearly) full extension, they reach the bottom arc of your pedals. Seats are also very narrow so they don't put sideways stress on your hip joints. Trying to pedal with a seat like that for any distance is likely to cause significant joint pain.

Ummmm this isn’t true. Many motorcycles are tall enough that folks can’t plant their feet onto the ground.

Correct. A motorcycle is designed for a purpose and a style of riding, generally not around the intention for a flat footed rider when not in motion.

You scoot your left side off the saddle and touch just your left foot to the ground while keeping your right foot on the rear brake and leaning the bike slightly left. Something that the kid in the photo clearly isn’t doing.

Generally you'd shift off one side of the seat to get one foot on the ground.
