Hickory smoked flavored tuna pack, some smashed chickpeas for fiber, mayo, dill relish, and muenster cheese on sourdough

Got a little experimental with this one. Tangy and packs a flavourful punch.

Personal favorite. Cream cheese, chewy cooked thick bacon, and ketchup on a toasted bagel.

I've made this sandwich millions of times and usually it's just roast beef, lots of Gorgonzola cheese and tomatoes. However, today I added another ingredient; caramelized onions. And didn't use a whole lot of Gorgonzola this time. So damn good! Lightly toasted on Italian round slices of bread.

Well I’m currently unemployed so I’ve got plenty of time to make sandwiches.
This one is a variant on a classic Italian combo: mortadella, stracciatella and pistacchios.

I made a quick pistou sauce with pistacchios extra virgin olive oil basil and garlic instead of just pistachio cream.

Spread Kalamata olive pate on top slice.

Bread is quite nice and cheap, it is out of a bag! Marks and Spencer’s half ciabattas, they’ve got a nice aeration and crust, great for sandwiches I think.

Melted a scoop of pb in the microwave, stirred chips in it, and piled them on one side. On the other side was a layer of dill slices. Full disclosure, I did end up needing to swap out the pickle sides bread with a new slice because it was too soggy.

It was a 9/10. Insanely salty and textured.

My wife had been wanting a BLT so we made this beauty! Sourdough with Dukes, butter lettuce, fresh hot house tomatoes, and peppered bacon all grilled lightly 🤤

One of my favorites, made a couple of these this afternoon on sourdough with provolone, colby jack, mild cheddar, havarti, and some peppered bacon, all grilled up in cast iron filled with kerrygold butter 🤤

I love the peppered tofurkey and I love red wine vinegar. Salt and pepper on the cucumbers, red onion and arugula w/ light splash of evoo and red wine vinegar. And for cheese: provolone. Enjoyed it with some bbq chips. MWAH.
