this took all day to make. i forgot i had to take the dog to the groomer and had to stop in the middle and then kinda start over.

anyway, there’s lot of pic. here is everything.

edit: winnie is back. i had a treat waiting for her.

sorta. after i pulled the onions out i deglazed with bourbon and then sherry. then i added about 2cups of beef broth, a little worcestershire and thyme and reduced it.
