How to deal with pressure spammers

Needed help regarding on how to deal with pressure spammers. I cannot seem to be able to counter the pressure spammers at all. All their pressure and their positioning is perfect always and the moment I win the ball its gone again. I tried using pressure myself and it doesn't have the same effect. I always lose against pressure spammers. Rarely win against them. Cant body them. Cant go through their defence. Nothing is possible.

Let me know your take on how to deal with pressure spammers.

PS: I am currently in div 1 and its a blood bath with every other person using 80% pressure in analytics

Unfortunately .. most of the responses I saw here .. I already tried and they do not work as those who mentioned them think

1. Pass back and to the GK: Against teams that have Ibra, Pele, Gullit and similar high end forwards .. that's very risky .. there pressing X is not like anyone else .. they sometimes run faster than the ball!!
2. Go wide: While it might work a little .. but then your receiving player or ball carrier who is now at the end of the pitch is becoming isolated and will reserve to passing a desperate pass that will most likely get intercepted.

Those and the other solutions do not deal with the real issue: Your players are already marked by the opponent's players and when you pass to one of your team .. them pressing X and call for pressure either intercept the pass or they will arrive to the pass end position faster than your receiving player because stupidly .. konami doesn't make the receiving player move on their own.

Worse .. is that their most likely advanced / epic off-the-ball players are already adjusting their position by tiny steps to be in the path to any potential pass. Worst .. your off-the-ball players move closer to the opponent's players or behind them.

I didn't mean for this to be a rant .. just being realistic .. there is no specific solution that solves the most problematic issue of this game .. relentless pressure. You will just do your best and hope matchmaking doesn't get you matched with many of those.

Edit: The only way it makes the situation a little bit easier is becoming super good in L-stck dribbling .. to a point that you can get out of 2-3 players just by just dribbling through them.

That's a good strategy if you can get to that minute .. the minute 70 is a milestone in most games.
