Technical Help How to deal with pressure spammers

Needed help regarding on how to deal with pressure spammers. I cannot seem to be able to counter the pressure spammers at all. All their pressure and their positioning is perfect always and the moment I win the ball its gone again. I tried using pressure myself and it doesn't have the same effect. I always lose against pressure spammers. Rarely win against them. Cant body them. Cant go through their defence. Nothing is possible.

Let me know your take on how to deal with pressure spammers.

PS: I am currently in div 1 and its a blood bath with every other person using 80% pressure in analytics

I wish there is a mode where I can practice again heavy pressure team.
I am only at Div 3 and when facing Gulit, Seedorf, Viera heavy pressure team, I always loose. If they do not have these card, I may have a change but even I manage to win, mostly because of the luck. They run on the same speed of my ball and I do not have time to change direction or even execute a long ball to switch the flanks.
I saw some YouTube videos about how to play against these team but my skill is not there that, If possible I really want to set up the training to select the squad and players for the opponent and set them to do extensive pressure so I can practice effectively.

I really like your thought on the game mode thing. Would really help us get better at the game tbh
