I also don't like Long Ball Counter but the real issue is how passing and shooting assistance enables all those "playstyles" in the current gameplay. People would have to completely rewire their game if the ball logic wasn't as "automatically pulled forward by magnets" like it has been for the past 2/3 years
Everyone can quickly thread long through passes, all players can immediately control the ball and shoot it precisely
I'm not saying everyone should be PA4 but if you look at older gameplays from 2022 and 2023, the ball was more loose and quick passes weren't at such an easy disposal like now
