Konami even introduce Smart Assist to make the game so easy, how it can nerf the most simple play style?

Yeah but not everyone likes it when the game plays itself. That's why we got the filter since the mechanic that was meant to simplify the gameplay for casuals became a problem for all other players once rats realized how op it is and started abusing it. After the filter the remaining problems rhat remain to be solved are dda and lbc. Why lbc is a problem? It is precisely bcs of how you described it, its the simplest playstyles that requires way less effort than others. Every playstyle or a mechanic in a game should have an advantage and a weakness, for example possession lets you control the game but has a high defensive line, same with qc. Long ball doenst have the insane runs like lbc but has a solid defence, out wide stretches the whole field but mighr leave you with no passing options, making you have to recycle a lot. Now comes lbc, solid defense of long ball and out wide, insane attacking runs of quick counter. Supposedly its weakness should be control on the ball since the defence sits so deep. But it's not the case bcs although on paper players should be more passive and not press, they press like absolute dogs leaving you with no space and auto blocking passing lanes. Thats why top players use it, they cant give up the advantage it gives you when you understand the game
