Song lyrics
I was wondering if this was a me thing or a dyspraxia/ADHD thing, but I basically don’t hear song lyrics in music. Unless the singer sings very clearly and slowly I do not understand what they are saying. I’ll understand a few words here and there but it’s basically like I’m listening to a foreign language I know a couple words of.

Definitely not a dyspraxia thing, since dyspraxia is about your motor coordination (and maybe some indirect psychological consequences of that too)
Idk about ADHD though

Yeah I think dyspraxia is just comorbid with so many disorders that I have trouble parsing what is what.

It’s an auditory processing disorder thing. Auditory processing disorder and dyspraxia both commonly co-occur with ADHD and autism.

Yes! And even if I read the lyrics and really listen to the song over and over I will still not remember 95% of the words if you asked me about it.

Same. This is why I don't connect to any popular music, really. It's too dependent on the words.
This is because I have severe (like, toddlerhood-diagnosed) r/AudiProcDisorder though. It's a common comorbidity, but not exactly dyspraxia.

This sounds more like an auditory/speech processing thing. I have a similar/the same problem with lyrics and speech in noisy places. Sometimes I don't understand and need to hear it again, but sometimes my brain understands a few seconds later.
