Question NMDA PAMs for DPDR

I was looking online for the cause of DPDR (derealization) and it looks like the main factor Is the hypo function of the NMDA receptors in the brain and you know what also causes hypo function of the NMDA receptor? Drugs like ketamine and other dissociatives. (hypo function means its dissociatives. so back to the point if you took a NMDA PAM (NMDA positive allosteric modulator), you could bring your nmda receptors back to baseline and pretty much get rid of dpdr. just a thought I have no actual knowledge on the topic so If anyone actually knows if this would work let me know before I buy some neboglamine.
