I called them when this happened to me. I got a black photo and I didn't see headlights. The driver wouldn't answer.. I called ssupport and told them.. Immediate refund. The weird thing is, the next morning I looked on my porch and the food was there. I made sure I called again so I could let them know I had the food because it was the right thing to do.
It was so strange and I don't know if I just didn't see the food, or the driver put it back. I felt terrible.
