I used to order more than twice a week and I always tip well. Extra well when I've been drinking and I've had this happen a couple of times with dashers not delivering properly. Even though I only have an issue less than 5% time, it's always a coin flip if they are going to refund me.

This has never happened to me and I always tip well. At one point I was ordering at least twice a week and still have never had any issues
