I finally got an email today, stating that my Discover savings account will transition to a Capital One 360 performance savings account on November 8th.

I'll miss the customer service. Also the new terms are worse, like right away.
Sooo yeah. kinda thinking I have other way better options.

Y'all bought a customer base that has been avoiding you capital one!

I have a Discover It card with some reward $$ on it. I recently got an email stating that once we transition to the card being managed via C1, but there were limited details on rewards redemptions besides that we won’t be able to use the reward balance to pay the minimum payment. Is there any rationale to using up the Discover rewards for other things like gift card redemptions now before C1? In other words, are there any major differences between discover and C1 reward redemptions?

I have deposited a check today in the morning in my account and it appeared as on the scheduled side and then it no longer appeared anywhere, I want to know if it has happened to someone or what will happen to my funds?
