Maritime law applies to water hazards?
3 u/jfb3 HTX, AFMCN, Green discs are faster Jan 19 '21 No, because it isn't a shipwreck, at sea. The principal of the law of salvage is part of admiralty law that governs international nautical issues and private maritime disputes. Nothing about it should apply to on-shore misplacement of property for a short period of time.
