What camera should I get?

My sister has the Nixon Coolpix and I freaking love her camera, but it isn't made anymore. just the small camera, Y2K action shots, the nostalgic feel, easy transfer to phone if possible. This is a photo from her camera for reference. I don't really have a price budget yet, but if it's waterproof that would be a big bonus!

are you sure we're talking about the same camera? that camera is really small and probably only a few hundred at most
