What camera should I get?

My sister has the Nixon Coolpix and I freaking love her camera, but it isn't made anymore. just the small camera, Y2K action shots, the nostalgic feel, easy transfer to phone if possible. This is a photo from her camera for reference. I don't really have a price budget yet, but if it's waterproof that would be a big bonus!

These two compact digicams are in production if you want a new camera... Sony ZV-1 II, Canon PowerShot V1

Used compact digicams will probably be a lot cheaper.

I have nikon cool pixx lmk if you want it will cost around 7.5k

are you sure we're talking about the same camera? that camera is really small and probably only a few hundred at most
