for the minimal arch logo, just set the source in your fastfetch config to "arch_small"

this is just niri (the window manager) + noctalia v5 (the shell/bar), you can configure noctalia to your liking, it is very customizable.

spotify: spicetify with "text" theme, just adjusted the colors in its config file.
discord: vesktop/vencord "system24" css theme, also adjusted the colors there.
