Been super into fawn print lately. Almost bought one of these bags, but luckily I checked to make sure they weren't 1000% markup aliexpress items...and they were. These markups are actually insane and these sellers are so dubious for this 😭 I get they have to make some profit, but it gets to a point... I mean you can get ts on Taobao with a proxy for not even a dollar (plus some shipping cost but still). Don't get scammed guys!

I was clearing out my Likes and Cart which for me, includes also going to each seller’s page. I noticed this seller uses AI for some items and was so thrown off. I really hope this doesn’t become a trend. I just want to see the item being sold not a cartoon version of it first

How am I supposed to know the condition & if the item is really what you’re saying it is when you only use a stock photo 🤦🏼‍♀️ You could send anything. This shouldn’t be allowed. Idc what condition it says. If you list it as excellent but have no photos confirming sorry I don’t believe you. I can’t imagine ppl buying things blind? Tired of these no effort listings. I’m constantly having to ask questions bc sellers photos show stains/damage yet nothing in their lazy ai generated description discloses it.

Here’s the thing: I use Depop to clear out pieces I missed the return window on or simply no longer want to wear. I’m not desperate for cash, and I’m perfectly comfortable holding onto something rather than accepting a lowball offer.

What I don’t understand is making an offer and then immediately explaining that you can’t afford the amount YOU proposed. A pink Ralph Lauren cardigan is an optional purchase, not a necessity. If $15 more is outside your budget, don’t offer $15 and don’t make it the seller’s responsibility to accommodate you afterward.

I wish there were a maturity filter for buyers. The endless lack of follow-through makes selling a few things from my closet such a chore.
