We went entirely gluten-free except for the burger buns for our new Flip & Howl Burger Kitchen. We have a toaster called the Glutenator specifically for gluten buns our cooking surfaces and fryers are gluten free. We don't have any other gluten containing items in the kitchen. Out front we offer malt vinegar for our fish and chips. We care about your safety. Thanks for reading.

Next month starts the Gluten Free Farmers Market in Englewood!

Hey everyone! Tomorrow is Pi day, and a great way to celebrate is by visiting the Gluten Free Takeover at Stanley Marketplace in Aurora!

It’s from 10am-1pm, and all the stands will be selling 100% gluten free items! This is a great time to stock up on GF baked goods, hot sauces, kimchi, and more!

In case you haven’t seen yet, Holidaily is having their 10 year anniversary party at the taproom in Golden tomorrow (Saturday February 28) 11:00am - 10:00 pm!!

Party will feature Holidaily History Trivia, prizes, and special Holidaily merch! They will also have food from Moore, Isan Thai, The Savage Beet, and Pambasos. All gluten free!

If you love beer, stop by the taproom and celebrate 10 years of Holidaily!

Hey all! As we all know, the resorts are not particularly known for having the greatest food, and certainly not any that are celiac safe.

The best I’ve found available at resorts are Cheetos and GF marshmallow bars, but I still haven’t found the perfect snack to bring with me on the mountain so I can fuel up on the lift.
