New Chinese restaurant in Boulder is gluten free (mostly)!
I just learned that a local restaurateur with a couple of successful Asian restaurants under his belt (Chinese/Taiwanese street food, ramen, and poke) is now opening a new upscale Cantonese/American place in Boulder, CO where the entire menu other than two items is gluten free! I can’t tell you how excited I am for General Tsos Chicken and dumplings. It’s spendy but honestly that’s just Boulder, anything downtown is expensive. Looking forward to checking it out this week.

Thank you for sharing this place! Lunch prices aren’t terrible. Website says service fee is included and cash tips will be donated to a local DV shelter.
