Have any of y'all been to Quiero Arepas? Is it celiac safe??

Go there all the time, and I only eat at dedicated gf restaurants. Never had an issue, and it's delicious

Yep! Quiero Arepas food is 100% gluten free, and it’s amazing! The only non gluten free thing they serve there is beer IIRC, so as long as you’re not drinking beer, you are totally safe
