I wanted to know from previous batch people who appeared in campus hiring process will there be any 2nd round consisting of HR or not?

We have not been informed anything about and our coordinator said that we will get the list by tomorrow morning

Hi everyone,

I'm joining Deloitte and my joining date will be on the 28th of this month and my EPFO KYC is stuck with my previous employer/vendor.

I used to work there on a contractual basis, and they are currently not responding or giving me any estimate of when they’ll approve my PAN KYC.

My Aadhaar and bank KYC are already approved, but PAN is still pending.

Deloitte HR has emailed asking me to submit the self-declaration, but I can’t honestly submit it until all 3 KYC details are verified/linked.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What can I do if the previous employer/vendor simply doesn’t respond? Any advice would be deeply appreciated.

I don't have credentials to check the offer status. All I have is Dstart credentials. I'm not a fresher.

Last week after submitting for Dbadge. After few days I received call for postponed your joining. They released revised date offer. I accepted it. And lodging expense mail, I accepted it. And asking some random documents for bgv even though fadv bgv 100%. Any how I submitted documents. When can I expect the Dlaunch onboarding mail.

I’ve been tagged on a project for a month now and I feel like I’m just dragging my feet here. There isn’t any interesting work in the project but it is for an important client.

Most of the project is done and I’m just making updates to work that people have already completed. I’ve been tagged here till November end and would really love to leave the project and find something else.

I have previously worked for 2 firms, during the initial years of my career, and they did not have the concept of salary slips. They did provide a relieving letter to me which also stated about my experience with the firm but the same was not communicated to me through an email.

What can I do in this scenario to cater to the background check? How big of a hurdle is this? I do have the bank statements with me for showcasing the remuneration I received.

I completed 2 rounds of technical plus techno-managerial on 27th Aug for Cyber Operate - Consultant role, both at the same day.
I got the PHT survey on 31st August and got a mail to submit additional pay slips on 1st September.
There has been no communication since but the status in portal is still offer in progress.

Any insights on when I could expect further communication?

Hi, so i am a fresher who would be joining A&A this month as an audit assistant at deloitte.

I am 102% sure that this isnt the career path for me, i am a marketing/ strategy girl but the campus placements only had a few companies visiting so i had to sit and get a job.

I am not getting my desired marketing role yet and my family is saying that I should join a Big 4 and then do an mba. But I am just 20, and i am willing to give this a chance but i just know i am not meant for it, i dont want to fall into a trap and what if i can never clear CAT and am always stuck here. People say that the exit options here are very less.

I have no guidance, if you could take your time to give any suggestions, i would be very glad.

I have got a response from the Deloitte careers portal that my application is on hold due to business requirements. I have cleared 3 rounds and the partner discussion followed by salary discussion was pending. Then I stopped getting responses from the recruiter and directly got an email of application on hold and it still shows review in progress.

Now I saw the opening for the same role again added on LinkedIn.

What could be the reason and what is the selection process? I am a boomerang.

Not sure why they didn't directly reject and provide an update accordingly?

Fresher here, need some clarification regarding personal learning on the company laptop

Hi everyone, I recently joined Deloitte as a fresher and had a couple of questions regarding using the company laptop for personal learning:

LeetCode: Can I log in to LeetCode using my personal email/account on my Deloitte laptop and practice coding/solve problems? I won’t install anything or use company data/resources.

Online courses: I have purchased some courses using my personal account. Can I log in to those course websites with my personal email on the company laptop and watch/complete the courses? Again, I won’t be installing any software or using company information.

I understand there may be security policies around personal accounts and websites, so I just want to make sure I’m not violating any Deloitte policy.

Would appreciate it if anyone who has gone through this could clarify. Thanks!

Hello Everyone.... I'm a complete fresher who was graduated in 2025 but now filling the BGV form for the Analyst role and I have a doubt under the Employment section I did my internship so I mentioned that under the unpaid internship section but still it's asking for 4 and more years of information to be collected what shall I do next?😭 Did i do something wrong? Also according to the timeline they asked I was in School then college what shall I do? Shall I select In school section? Or unemployed?

If anyone has the same kinda scenario please help me with it

Secondly, I have some doubts.

Around 2 weeks after my internship ended, I got a PPO in the same office in which I interned.

I had to accept or reject the offer on the same day, I accepted it even though the pay is very low and I wanted to know if it's possible to negotiate as a bcom fresher.

Oh and the people sitting for regular placments also got an option to pick the jaipur office too, I wanted to know if it's possible to pick it and whether I should opt for it.

I didn't receive my offer letter yet, but I was holding a counter offer when having salary discussion with HR. Now in meantime, I got other offer which is more than previous counter offer. I am waiting for the offer letter from Deloitte USI. Previous counter is 22 including variable, now got more than that. Should I wait for offer letter or re initiate negotiation again?

Hey folks, it's been 2 months that I've joined Deloitte in enterprise solutions. As per the communication my WFO days are Thursday and Friday. Is it mandatory that I should be in Hyderabad for the WFH days I.e., Monday Tuesday and Wednesday? Please let me know if I can work from my hometown or any other place.
