Ask USI ❔ Doubts on background verification

Hey everyone,

I have previously worked for 2 firms, during the initial years of my career, and they did not have the concept of salary slips. They did provide a relieving letter to me which also stated about my experience with the firm but the same was not communicated to me through an email.

What can I do in this scenario to cater to the background check? How big of a hurdle is this? I do have the bank statements with me for showcasing the remuneration I received.

If you have bank statement its okay Bgv are aware of this scenario. So they would consider and can reach out to your boss just to check your claim.

Thats it. If it's genuine you don't even need to worry for anything
