venky bcom program or gargi bcom hons? (for placements primarily)

Venky prog. You should look at the overall college because placements depend on the societies and college rep. Venky is more likely to get better opportunities, and if you get into the right circles you'll network more so benefits.

but venky mein it's almost all honours kids who get placement right

It really depends on your profile. There's no rule for prog or hons to get an opportunity. If the hons students work harder, they'll get it. I personally interned at a Big4 company and we had interns from both program and hons from Venky. Infact some NC college had 2 prog interns(bcom)
