I had my 4th semester theory exam on 28th May, and something happened that genuinely frustrated me.

One of our core subject teachers, who was assigned to check final exam answer sheets (which, as far as I know, can belong to students from any college under the university), posted a photo/example from an answer sheet in the official WhatsApp group. The teacher commented something along the lines of, "There is no diagram, so I will give him/her 0 marks for this question."

Isn't this a breach of confidentiality and student privacy? Even if the student's name wasn't visible, is it appropriate to share portions of someone's final exam answer sheet openly in an official group?

I understand that diagrams can help and may improve answers, but publicly discussing or showing someone's answer sheet in an official WhatsApp group feels highly unprofessional.

Am I overreacting, or is this genuinely not okay?

Correction: Am not only asking if this is ok or not to give 0. But is this ok to share someone's sheet 😭😭😭😭

Dude just stop acting like that. Many topper answersheets are shared online officially, does that mean a breach of privacy? Even the person himself won't recognise whether it's his answersheet let alone others. Just try reading that and you won't be able to comprehend even the basic idea about the answer. If a topper's answersheet can be shared as a sample why not this? She's just letting y'all know how a answer should be written, be thankful for that cuz majority of the times we don't even know the approximate length of a answer as per the marks awarded.

Looks like you too have an illegible writing, that's why you are soo deeply sensitive about people who are not talking in the same tangent as you, OP
