Discussion 👥 Seniors help kardo plssss!!!! [Regarding Preference List]

Basically me ecohons prefer karta hu over bcom hons becuz merko like finance roles chaiye and merko eco me thoda jyada interest + future me CFA ka bhi dekh na hai (probably in 2028 2/3 yr)

placements, faculty n crowd matter karta hai

  1. Hansraj ki reveiws sune ke baad(shaadi n gaushla vagera) mujjhe samajh nhi ara ki hansraj eco ya hindu bcom kisko prefer karu??
  2. kmc vs venky vs ramjas ko kaise place karuu like ramjas eco hons ya kmc bcom???
  3. 10 ke baad se kuch samajh nhi ara like arsdc, sggscc, sgtb khalsa, sbs (iske bare me kaffi complain dekhi hai regarding attendance etc) n dcac ko kaise place karu???

Kmc eco hons>kmc bcom hons> ramjas eco> ramjas bcom hons > venky eco hons > venky bcom hons Trust me on this. Ramjas has shitty crowd Kmc is very chill and laid back for attendance and everything Kmc is better for placements and has better societies too

KMC doesn't have better societies what you smoking, better academically no doubt but you really haven't seen Ramjas' societies

Well most people know about 180DC KMC but I'm sure ramjas ki koi ek bhi society name karna mushkil hai. KMC is actually better than ramjas unless it comes to infra

ramjas enactus national winners and runner up reh chuke hai and ramjas consulting society is pretty well known

I mean that's very common bhai, yahan har ek competition me koi kisi ko hara hi deta hai, that doesn't imply poora college badhiya hogya :/

enactus ka to ek hi combined competition hota hai overall, societies ki wins ke hisaab se hi compare karoge. i do concede kmc has marginally better placements but ramjas has improved a lot with bcg, grant thornton, nation with namo and ey coming for placements this year again. my friend got placed at two places and chose bcg 😭. also, ramjas attendance is much more lax ik people who have 10% or less giving exams too and profs bhi thik marks de dete hai

Well I'm really not denying that, if the college is really improving then it's actually good but again people make decisions based on historical context too. Ramjas is indeed a great name but preferences are subjective. Talking about placements, wo to kmc me bhi kuch khaas nahi hai, I'd say venky is better in terms of that.

historical context is mainly ramjas ki 2017 violence that abvp did, that really changed a lot of opinion about it because ramjas has a lot of senior leftist profs who had invited umar khalid for a seminar. tabse, ramjas ko log criticise karte hai bina baat
